We have lived at the Kennedy Warren for a little over a year; it's a marvelous place. Wonderful architecture; great apartment layouts; nice art-deco decorations throughout; comfortable and quiet; convenient to all the wonders of Cleveland Park and the Metro. Best of all is the staff: competent, friendly, helpful; professional. This is a marvelous choice for DC living at its best.

Find the location and overall service excellent... Convenient to go downtown and the subway is only a block away... New library opening up to a block away... You have the National Zoo next door... Rock creek park is behind us with miles of biking trails...

Very positive experience living at the Kennedy-Warren. It's a beautiful building, very well-maintained, and exceptional staff. Great exercise room. Location is ideal for public transportation. Recommend!

The Kennedy Warren is a beautiful art deco apartment building that is well managed and maintained. The apartments are spacious and the character of the appointments has been preserved. The amenities (fitness center, pool, business center) are an added bonus. Finally, the management and maintenance staff are welcoming and professional and make every effort to be helpful and promptly address issues.
